Throughout my career, I've supported people navigating professional moments where the pressure is high and it feels important to be thoughtful and strategic. I care deeply about being a present, trusted partner and coach in those moments–helping my clients sort through complexity and regain clarity and control. Together, we connect the dots, clarify choices, and strengthen the capacity to act with intention rather than reactivity.
I bring a holistic and tailored approach to coaching, informed by years inside high‑performance environments and a deep curiosity about how people operate within them. I began my career as an employment lawyer, representing individual and business clients in high-stakes and emotionally charged workplace disputes. Seeing the stress that contentious litigations created for everyone involved (clients and lawyers), I shifted to mediation work to resolve conflicts before they escalated. Most recently, my focus has been on coaching driven lawyers who want to stay in the game of sophisticated and intense legal work, both in the US and abroad.
From my inside view of today's high-performance work environments, to be successful requires a new level of presence and adaptation. There are enormous challenges for professionals, and also opportunities. I founded Karapelou Strategies to support those leaders and teams motivated to learn and test new strategies, and strengthen their capacity to navigate evolving dynamics and contribute at their highest level.
